Broken down into four main sections - Client Acquisition, Client Onboarding, Communications and Covid (Client Management) and Conclusions - the virtual roundtable highlighted that no matter what the strategy and approach, all wealth managers are agreed that the actual client-adviser relationship remains the singular most important thing – but that it can be significantly enhanced at all stages by the intelligent application of technology. COVID-19 has served to underscore and add much greater urgency to this reality.
