New York, NY — October 22, 2026 — Fennel, the ESG-focused investing app, and Sharely, a charitable giving and impact reporting platform, today announced a partnership that will make Fennel the first digital investing app to integrate Sharely’s technology.

Through the partnership, Fennel investors will be able to contribute to vetted nonprofits directly within the Fennel experience, maintain centralized donation records and tax receipts, and receive real-time reports showing how their contributions drive measurable social and environmental outcomes.

Charitable giving through financial platforms is often disconnected from the investor experience. Donors often need to visit a separate website, create another account, research nonprofit organizations independently, and track contribution records across multiple destinations. The Fennel and Sharely integration brings these steps together in a streamlined giving experience. Investors can discover vetted nonprofits, support causes aligned with their values, and access their tax documents without navigating a separate charitable platform.

A central feature of the offering is Sharely’s impact reporting. Rather than ending the experience with a donation confirmation, Sharely’s reporting is designed to help investors understand what their contributions supported and the tangible impact associated with that work. Reports provide visibility into the organizations supported, the issues they address, and the social or environmental results connected to investor contributions. Fennel will also be able to demonstrate the collective impact generated by its investor community, creating a clearer connection between individual action and broader progress.

For Fennel, the partnership expands a product experience centered on values-driven investing. Fennel provides ESG report cards covering more than 200 indicators and surfaces shareholder-voting information so investors can evaluate companies and act on the issues that matter to them. Sharely adds another avenue for action by connecting investors with vetted nonprofit organizations and showing the impact their contributions help create.

“Our members want meaningful ways to put their values into action,” said Daniel Naim, founder and CEO of Fennel. “Sharely gives them a simple and elegant way to support trusted nonprofit organizations while gaining visibility into the results their contributions make possible. The combination of giving and transparent impact reporting is a natural extension of the experience we are building at Fennel.”

For Sharely, the partnership represents its first integration with a digital investing platform and an opportunity to serve investors who already consider the social and environmental implications of their financial decisions.

“Every dollar invested is a choice about the future we want to build,” said Soraya Depowski, founder and CEO of Sharely. “Sharely helps extend that choice beyond the investment itself, giving investors a way to turn their realized profits into measurable impact. Fennel’s investors have already shown they want their capital to reflect their values. This partnership gives them a powerful new way to put those values into action and create impact that can endure for generations.”

By combining Fennel’s values-driven investing tools with Sharely’s nonprofit network, donation infrastructure, and impact reporting, the companies aim to create a more connected path from financial values to real-world action.

The integration launches on October 22, 2026.
