Pro-Active Wealth Management

Your whole book of business, one unified advisor workspace.

Univeris Advisor is an integrated front-office platform for enterprise retail wealth management. It is a high-volume, modular platform that helps advisors work more efficiently, serve clients better, and stay compliant

Many wealth firms lack a single advisor experience across their custodial systems. Univeris Advisor gives advisors a 360° view of each client and portfolio, shows the actions they need to take each day, and automates complex portfolio management tasks

Key capabilities

  • Practice management: a unified workspace with an action dashboard, touchpoints, notes, householding, and performance reporting
  • Proposals, rebalancing and trading: model-based and manual workflows with compliance checks, e-signature, and order management integration
  • Client portal: mobile and desktop access with real-time updates and self-service for investors
  • Service models: one front end for advisory, discretionary, and robo-advisory
  • Data quality and APIs: a Data Quality Assurance service that flags data anomalies, plus REST APIs for custom integrations

Univeris Advisor works with any custodian and proprietary back-office systems.  If necessary, it integrates deeply with Univeris Enterprise, so client and account events update in real time.

Features

Univeris Advisor is a front-office platform for wealth advisors. It gives advisors one place to manage clients, portfolios, proposals, and trades. It supports advisory, discretionary management, and robo-advisory service models.

The advisor sees a 360° view of each client and portfolio.  An action-oriented dashboard shows clients, assets under management (AUM), and alerts.  It monitors and alerts work at client, portfolio, and general levels, once configured according to bespoke needs.

Advisors record touchpoints and notes, and can include such notes in investment proposals.  Of course, householding and portfolio groupings are flexible too.  Advisor also covers prospects, risk profiling, model management, and a goal planner

Advisors get portfolio analytics, risk and return calculations, grouping, and virtual portfolios.  Performance appears in tables and charts with configurable time frames.  Univeris Advisor can analyze performance and aggregate client information across several systems and asset types

Rebalancing is a simple three-step process that follows the advisor's conversation with the client.  Advisors can rebalance to a model or adjust weightings by hand.  Advanced proposals can set custom constraints, such as products, asset classes, and currencies.  The system explains why it recommends each trade

Risk and compliance checks run before and after each rebalance. Built-in controls alert advisors to restrictions before trades go to the order management system (OMS).  Algorithms allocate by weight or currency amount and Advisors can deposit or withdraw cash in the workflow through bank EFT.

Advisors can buy or sell assets independent of rebalancing, with the same pre-trade and post-trade checks. The OMS passes trades to a market access provider and returns statuses to the system.

Advisors can generate reports on demand or on a schedule. Reports can carry follow a defined format or be designed by the user. Performance reports and model reports are available for internal or client use.

Investors can use a mobile and desktop portal protected by multi-factor authentication (MFA) and phone biometrics.  It shows an account summary, performance and market value graphs, holdings, transactions, and portfolio composition.  This data is also available via API.  Within the portal, Investors can download portfolio reports, and view and action documents from their advisor.

Benefits

Univeris Advisor serves advisory, discretionary, and robo-advisor models on one platform. Advisors get a unified experience, and dealers get multi-custodian support. Advisors see a consistent view across custodians and products. Firms gain enterprise-wide visibility and a lower total cost of ownership.

Advisors log in at the start of the day and see what needs action, so they work efficiently and meet client needs. Alerts cover allocation drift, benchmark deviation, and pending documents. Advisors can address portfolio concerns quickly, which improves client service.

Organized client records let advisors find information fast. Notes in proposals add a personal message for each client. Household reports give a full view of a family's investments. Goal tracking keeps portfolios aligned with client objectives, so advisors can adjust in time.

Advisors base recommendations on data, not intuition, and can spot weak assets early and take corrective action. Aggregation across systems and asset types goes beyond the advisor tools in custodial platforms. A data quality check runs before performance calculations, so results are accurate and consistent.

Automated rebalancing saves advisor time for higher-value work. The system recalculates metrics in real time, so advisors see the effect on the portfolio and client profile. Rebalancing keeps portfolios suitable and consistent with each client's KYC.

Built-in checks prevent trades that should not happen, or send them for compliance review. Audit trails and real-time alerts reduce regulatory risk without slowing advisors. Advisors see cash movements in real time and invest new money in the same workflow.

Advisors execute trades promptly. A light API integration connects to the dealer's existing order management system, so dealers avoid a large integration project.

Report automation reduces manual errors and keeps reports consistent. Advisors spend less time on paperwork and more time with clients. Custom templates for branches and advisors help them stand out. Reports also support compliance requirements in each country.

Investors can check their investments at any time and from any place. Real-time views and secure tools build trust and loyalty. Self-service access to documents reduces routine requests to advisors.

Firms can onboard advisors and grow client volume without adding headcount. A modular design and open APIs support new business models.
