Founded in 2009, Elixirr began with a clear and enduring vision: to become the best consulting firm in the world. Today, we provide boardroom strategy through to execution for some of the best brands in the world. Since inception, we have welcomed seven boutique firms into the Group, expanding our service offering, geographical presence and talented team.

Born out of a need for change, we set out to be the solution—or the ‘elixir’—to a declining industry standard. We’ve never shied away from challenging the status quo or acting boldly. In fact, it’s what defines us. We’re passionate entrepreneurs dedicated to disrupting the large incumbents and enacting real change for our clients.
