Solution introduction

End-to-end lending and borrowing management, built natively on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Manage complex facilities, collateral, cash flows, risk and loan accounting from origination through maturity in one connected environment

Elysys Loans is an end-to-end lending and borrowing management solution for family offices, institutional investors and organisations operating in traditional and structured finance. Built natively on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, it connects loan administration, accounting, cash flows, collateral and risk information within the same financial environment.

The solution supports a range of lending structures, including interest-only, fixed-rate and variable-rate facilities, restructures and more complex financing arrangements. Users can manage drawdowns and repayments, interest accruals, fees, collateral and loan exposures while monitoring risk measures such as loan-to-value ratios and available headroom.

Elysys Loans supports the full loan lifecycle from origination and structuring through ongoing servicing, amendments, maturity and closure. Accounting entries and financial postings are generated within the underlying Business Central environment, helping keep lending activity aligned with financial reporting and supporting IFRS and GAAP requirements.

For structured finance and multi-entity organisations, the solution can also support intercompany facilities, multiple currencies, collateral monitoring and group-level oversight.

By bringing operational loan information and accounting together, Elysys Loans helps finance teams reduce manual schedules, spreadsheet dependency and the need to reconcile separate lending and accounting systems. It can be combined with the wider Elysys suite for investment management, analytics, connectivity and multi-entity operations.
