FA Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Federico De Rosa as Product Quality Specialist, joining our Product Management team. With over four years of experience in QA roles across the insurance and fintech sectors, Federico brings a strong analytical mindset and a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to quality assurance.

Federico began his career in the insurance industry before moving into fintech, building his expertise through roles at Capgemini and FNZ. At FNZ, he was selected to take on a QA Team Lead role within a major project, leading a small QA team and playing an active part in shaping research tools for financial advisers, a recognition of both his technical ability and his collaborative approach to delivery. His experience spans functional and analytical testing in financial environments, test planning and defect management, and quality-driven delivery within Agile and Scrum teams.

His background in financial systems, combined with his strong QA expertise and analytical foundation, makes him an excellent addition to our Product Management team.
