Solution introduction

Turn filings, reports, contracts and correspondence into structured, auditable data. Document AI ingests a document set and lets your teams interrogate it directly, with every extraction linked back to its source page

Built for evidence, not guesswork. Designed for teams whose outputs are reviewed by auditors, regulators and clients — and for document sets too sensitive to leave the perimeter

Wealth and asset management runs on documents that resist automation: annual reports, fund factsheets, policy wordings, KYC packs, board minutes, supplier contracts. The information needed is in there, but retrieving it consistently is slow manual work, and generic AI tools tend to produce answers no reviewer can defend.

Document AI is GaiaLens’ document intelligence capability, deployed as part of a client engagement. It ingests large, heterogeneous document sets — including scanned and poorly structured files — and extracts the specific fields, figures and clauses a workflow depends on. Teams can query the corpus conversationally or receive structured output into downstream systems.

The distinguishing feature is traceability. Every extracted value links back to the page and passage it came from, so a reviewer can verify any output in seconds and an auditor can follow the chain from conclusion to source. Confidence is surfaced rather than hidden, and low-confidence extractions are routed for human review instead of being quietly asserted.

The capability has been deployed at scale, including a large document platform for a global financial institution and claims data extraction for an insurance client. Deployment options accommodate confidential material, and GaiaLens holds ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials certification. As with all our work, the client owns the deployed system and no client data is used to train our models.
