If your organisation helps wealth managers build, manage or optimise investment portfolios, Portfolios in Wealth 2026: UK provides multiple opportunities to put your expertise before a highly targeted audience.

From keynote presentations and panel discussions to technology demonstrations, client case studies and executive roundtables, the event offers a range of participation packages designed to showcase your capabilities and generate meaningful engagement with the UK wealth management market.

Taking place in London on 17 November 2026, The Wealth Mosaic’s latest Toolkit event will bring together wealth managers, financial advisers, consultants, and technology providers to explore the technologies, trends, and innovations shaping the modern portfolio.

The event will bring together wealth managers, financial advisers, consultants, and technology providers for keynote presentations, panel discussions, technology demonstrations, networking, and an invite-only executive lunch roundtable.

For firms developing technology that supports portfolio management, the event offers multiple ways to engage with an audience of decision-makers while demonstrating expertise across one of wealth management's most strategically important functions.

Set the agenda

One organisation will have the opportunity to deliver the opening 20-minute keynote presentation (£3,500), providing an opportunity to frame the major themes affecting portfolio management today and set the scene for the morning's discussions. The keynote package includes two attendee passes.

Join the industry conversation

The morning's 45-minute panel discussion will examine the changing requirements of portfolio management and the technologies supporting the sector. Four panel positions are available (£2,500 each) – allowing participating firms to contribute their perspectives alongside fellow industry experts while engaging directly with questions around market trends, operational challenges, and future priorities. Each panel participation includes two attendee passes.

Demonstrate your technology

Technology demonstrations remain one of the most effective ways to showcase practical capabilities. Six 10-minute demonstration slots (£3,000 each) are available throughout the morning – enabling firms to present how their solutions address specific portfolio management challenges facing UK wealth managers.

Whether focused on portfolio construction, analytics, rebalancing, reporting, risk management, or investment operations, demonstrations provide an opportunity to move beyond theory and show technology in action. Each demo package includes two attendee passes.

Share a client success story

For firms wishing to showcase proven outcomes, a single 20-minute case study presentation (£3,500) offers the opportunity to present, ideally alongside a client, how technology has helped address a real-world portfolio management challenge. The session is designed to highlight implementation, lessons learned, and measurable business outcomes, with two attendee passes included.

Sponsor an invite-only lunch

Following the morning programme, two organisations can sponsor and participate in the invite-only executive lunch roundtable (£3,500). Open exclusively to firms participating in the morning event, the session provides a smaller, discussion-led environment where senior wealth management executives explore their priorities, challenges, and opportunities around portfolio management technology. Each sponsorship includes two attendee passes.

Attend

For firms wishing simply to attend the event and network, a limited number of vendor attendance passes are also available (£500).

Extend the conversation beyond the event

Participation does not have to end when the event closes. The Wealth Mosaic also offers a range of supporting content opportunities designed to amplify engagement before and after the event.

These include professionally produced video interview sessions (£4,500), creating multiple executive interviews for publication; video podcasts (£4,500) recorded in a dedicated London studio; and audio podcasts (£1,500) – all produced, edited, and published under The Wealth Mosaic brand and through its channels, with content shared for participants' own marketing activities.

Firms can also enhance their longer-term visibility through an annual Membership (£2,050) with The Wealth Mosaic, which includes enhanced company and solution profiles, content publishing, SEO amplification, analytics and discounts across The Wealth Mosaic's products and services.

Existing Members – or firms joining as part of the event – receive a 10% discount on participation and content packages. Bespoke package pricing is available for organisations wishing to combine multiple opportunities.

Whether your objective is thought leadership, product demonstration, client engagement or brand visibility, Portfolios in Wealth 2026: UK provides multiple opportunities to engage directly with the UK wealth management community and position your organisation at the centre of the industry's evolving portfolio management landscape.
