Today, The Wealth Mosaic is launching Mosaic I: Spring 2026, the first edition of our new quarterly magazine that brings together news, market updates, thought leadership, industry insight, and technology innovation for the global wealth management community. Mosaic is the next stage in The Wealth Mosaic’s publishing journey – offering a broad, editorially rich format that captures the complexity and dynamism of today’s wealth management landscape.

A new platform for industry insight
Mosaic has been created specifically for wealth management professionals seeking a deeper understanding of the forces shaping their industry. Each quarterly edition combines:

  • In-depth thematic analysis
  • Executive interviews with industry leaders
  • WealthTech innovation showcases
  • Company profiles and ecosystem insights
  • Curated news, regulatory recaps, and market updates

It draws on the expertise both of The Wealth Mosaic’s global member network and our own position as the centre of the wealth management and technology ecosystem, delivering a uniquely integrated perspective.

Inside the first edition

Focus on private markets
In each edition of Mosaic, we’ll cover a broad range of subjects but also include some focused, data-driven insight into a topical subject that is reshaping the world of wealth management. For this edition, we’ll be exploring private markets, including:

  • The rapid growth of private market assets and increasing investor allocations
  • The push to democratise access beyond institutional and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) segments
  • The role of technology in addressing long-standing barriers such as illiquidity, complexity, and data limitations
  • The evolution of product structures, distribution channels, and regulatory frameworks

Technology, operations, the client journey, and the journey to revenue integrity
Mosaic I: Spring 2026 builds on the original research conducted by The Wealth Mosaic in collaboration with PureFacts and Pirker Partners for our Q1 research paper, Optimising revenue management: spillage, leakage, and pricing discipline. In this edition of Mosaic, we sat down with PureFacts’ president Pete Hess to discuss the findings of this paper in more detail, examining how firms can:

  • Reduce revenue leakage and pricing inefficiencies
  • Treat revenue management as a strategic capability
  • Build revenue integrity cultures supported by data and technology

The edition also features a quartet of executive interviews:

  • Expanding access through digital platforms, with Giovanni Daprà, CEO of Moneyfarm
  • Designing AI architectures, with Yann Kudelski, Head of Strategy, and Vlad Magereanu, Head Architect, at additiv
  • Industry-led innovation, with David Davies, CEO of Navos Technologies
  • Combining AI speed with human judgement, with Murali Nadarajah, CIO at Eton Solutions

It also features a range of insightful articles from contributors, including:

  • Paul Kammerer, Chief Commercial Officer at Fincite

Company profiles and technology showcases
A new recurring feature in Mosaic is its company profile series, which explores the culture, strategy, and leadership behind key wealth management and WealthTech companies.

This first edition spotlights First Rate, a global WealthTech provider with over 30 years of experience – exploring how the company’s values-driven approach shapes both its technology offering and its role within the broader wealth management ecosystem.

We also continue our tradition of technology-focused solution showcases, with a contribution from Wealth Dynamix that highlights the growing important of client lifecycle management within modern wealth management operating models. The showcase explores how firms are moving beyond fragmented systems toward unified, end-to-end lifecycle platforms that connect prospecting, onboarding, servicing, and long-term client engagement.
