Imagine being in a room filled with passionate industry professionals, engaging in insightful discussions, and exploring cutting-edge technology! At The Wealth Mosaic, we offer a unique event model tailored to your goals, whether aiming for market entry, lead generation, or simply boosting your brand awareness.

For technology and other vendors to the wealth management sector, The Wealth Mosaic (TWM) is a unique channel to market, a resource to enhance your positioning, reach and engagement. Regardless of size or focus, we work with vendors in a variety of ways through the products and services we offer to deliver a focused, cost-effective and flexible way to support their efforts to reach into, inform and engage the wealth management sector to meet a multitude of goals: awareness, positioning, market-entry, lead generation or more.

Our multi-channel offering can be easily tailored to fit your key objectives, available budget, focus and immediate needs. Our model is fully flexible. Ultimately, what we offer can be seen as a flywheel where every element is a piece of a larger mosaic.

My previous article looked at the six main ways in which vendors can work with us. In this piece, I focus specifically on our event offering which is formed of four main elements. Each is introduced below:

1. Toolkit Roadshows

Part of our Toolkit Project Series where we focus on a topic, a geography or a market segment, each combines a report output with Roadshow events. While the report tackles the digital publishing and distribution side, each Roadshow event then brings people together for in-person learning, discussion and networking. Each Roadshow event will seek to bring together 30-60 attendees and feature keynote presentations, vendor technology presentations and demos and topic discussion panels.

Coming up in our Toolkit Project Series, we have the following Roadshow events planned:

  • AI Toolkit Roadshows, New York, London and Singapore editions
  • Client Experience Toolkit Roadshow, Singapore edition
  • Middle East Toolkit Roadshow, Dubai edition

For any vendor, participation in any Toolkit can mix inclusion in a report and participation in a Roadshow event, whether with a demo, panel or broader event sponsorship.

For details on our planned Toolkit projects and Roadshow event line-up, see here.

2. WealthTech Hive

This is our topic-focused roundtable model. Supported by between one and three sponsors per Hive, each roundtable is focused on a specific topic and seeks to bring together ten to 15 invited wealth management attendees from relevant firms and with relevant job titles. As well as the event itself, the model includes a written thought leadership paper from the day, taking the highlights from the discussion (Chatham House rules) and turning these into a co-branded paper for post-event publishing and marketing. Each Hive sponsor will have a seat at the roundtable and feature in the written output.

We determine Hive topics from trends we see in the market, or in response to specific requests. In 2025, we aim to host one roundtable in each of our core regions (APAC, Middle East, Switzerland, US, UK) per quarter.

Currently, we have the following roundtables planned:

  • Client experience, London, February 2025 (in partnership with Alpha FMC)
  • Family office technology, Zurich, February 2025

Expect to hear more from us on planned WealthTech Hives soon.

3. WealthTech Vendor Forums

Our WealthTech Vendor Forums, in the planning for the US, UK and Switzerland in the first quarter of 2025, bring together the WealthTech and related vendor community in each region with a focus on learning, sharing, networking and working towards developing a stronger community for all participants. Each Vendor Forum will focus on specific topics of interest to the sector and then deliver that to attendees through presentations, panels, roundtables, workshops, demos or other formats.

Planned WealthTech Vendor Forums in Q1 2025 are:

4. WealthTech Talks or bespoke Webinar

Our webinar offering can either be delivered through a TWM-branded WealthTech Talks or a non-branded bespoke webinar. Webinars are typically 45 minutes to an hour, run live and are then available on-demand. Our model includes all preparation, hosting, marketing and post-webinar publishing. See a previous webinar here.

Looking ahead: activities in January 2025
Looking ahead to 2025, we are pleased to announce several events that will bring our community together to share ideas, learn from each other, and connect. In January, we will host multiple events, including the UK WealthTech Vendor Forum on January 16th, the US WealthTech Vendor Forum on January 22nd, and the AI Toolkit Roadshow in New York, also on January 22nd. These events aim to facilitate connections among industry professionals and showcase the latest advancements within the sector.

We also anticipate the publication of our AI Toolkit 2025 report, set to be published in Q1. This report will provide valuable insights into the application of AI within wealth management, equipping professionals with the knowledge needed to leverage emerging AI-related technologies.
