UBS has deployed Unblu’s collaboration capabilities for advising and supporting customers on their Digital Banking platform. The new service is available to all UBS clients using UBS Digital Banking. 

By enhancing remote support with collaboration capabilities, clients and advisors can discuss financial topics in a simple, secure, and fast way. Unblu’s co-browsing solution enables UBS to reach customers more easily, augmenting their experience on their existing channels. The new service allows advisors to deliver a more efficient service and improve customer satisfaction. 

“Sometimes customers have questions they are not quite sure how to formulate. This is why we offer co-browsing,” says Chris Einsele, Head Client Advisor Channels at UBS. “During a co-browsing session, an advisor chats with you and is able to take a quick look at what you can see in Digital Banking”.
