For challenges like specialisation and affordability, Dr. Cassar says Objectway is working on a B2B2C model and pushed its specialisation through partnering with other firms. However, apart from these solutions, adopting a hybrid approach is also key, where you can have the efficiency of technology and the personalisation of manager-client contact.
