Revolutionary digital wealth management firm
The founder, a global markets veteran, had identified a number of themes related to sub-optimal delivery of wealth management services to a particular client segment. He believed that there was a significant opportunity for a mobile-first platform offering to address these issues. Prior to securing and committing significant capital to build out a proposition it was important to evolve and prove-out the proposition.
What we did
Opus Una was asked by the founder to support opportunity validation, business design, planning and execution.
In the first instance, we worked with the founder and other stakeholders to create a high level solution definition, perform feasibility analysis and develop a viable business plan.
Having agreed a business plan with the founder we mobilised a project and kicked-off functional design and development of a pitchbook in order to support the raise of a seed round.
Seed capital having been raised, we supported the client by supplying resources on a fractional basis to perform interim CTO role and to build out the development team and to provide functional wealth management subject matter expertise.
