On 14 October, The Wealth Mosaic was delighted to host our latest WMx Conference in Luxembourg, presented in partnership with Deloitte Luxembourg. The event brought together leaders, innovators, and solution providers from across the wealth management sector for an afternoon of insight, discussion, and networking that concentrated minds on how technology is reshaping the industry’s future.

The future of relationship management

The day began with an inspiring keynote from Julien Schaffner, Director of Digital Banking at Deloitte Luxembourg, who explored the evolving world of relationship management. His presentation offered a glimpse into how technology and data are redefining client engagement — not to replace the human relationship manager, but to augment and empower them. His vision of an “augmented relationship manager” set the tone for the conversations that followed.

Showcasing Innovation: WealthTech in Action

One of the event’s highlights was a series of eight vendor pitches, each showcasing forward-thinking technology designed to support the next generation of wealth management. We heard from solutions providers including Atfinity, Backbase, Integraal Solutions, InvestCloud, Ortec, Raise Partner, and Wealth Dynamix.

From AI-driven engagement platforms to portfolio optimisation tools, agentic AI-powered digital workforces to turnkey portfolio management decisions, attendees got a live look at solutions that are already reshaping how wealth firms deliver value. From these eight vendors we gained a vision of how automation and intelligence can coexist with human expertise to deliver smarter outcomes.

Future-proofing the industry

A lively panel discussion brought together industry experts to explore how firms can future-proof their technology infrastructure. The conversation spanned today’s pressing challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities — from integrating legacy systems with cloud-native platforms, to the implications of AI and data privacy for future client service models.

The takeaway was clear: innovation is no longer optional — it’s foundational to sustainable success in wealth management.

Many thanks to our expert panel, including Pascal Martino of Deloitte, Kim Felix Fomm of Raisin Bank, Olivier Gerard of Société Générale, Patrick Casters of UBP, and Mischa Eckart of UBS.
