The Wealth Mosaic is excited to announce the publication of Mosaic II: Summer 2026 edition – the second edition of our quarterly magazine bringing together insight, analysis, and perspectives from across the global wealth management and WealthTech ecosystem.
Mosaic II captures an industry moving into a new phase of transformation. Technology investment is increasingly being judged by the outcomes it delivers, artificial intelligence (AI) is moving towards practical implementation, family offices are growing in sophistication and influence, and established wealth centres are adapting to shifting patterns of global wealth.
Across these themes and more, the edition combines The Wealth Mosaic’s editorial analysis with research, interviews, and expert perspectives from across the industry.
Deeper, data-led insights
At the heart of Mosaic II are two in-depth, topic-focused features that explore geographic and segmental aspects of the wealth management landscape in detail and from different perspectives. Rather than approaching these subjects through a single lens, each feature combines market analysis, data and insights, interviews and expert perspectives to build a more rounded picture.
By examining the same subject from different angles – from market structure and client needs to technology, operations and the solution provider ecosystem – we explore the forces shaping each market in greater depth and uncover the connections between them.
Focused insights on the family office
First, we present the second in our Focused Insights series on the family office segment in wealth management. Drawing on qualitative, experience-led insights from Cory Shea, Founding Partner at Clockwork and Edouard Thijssen, Co-Founder of Trusted Family, the feature examines how family offices are becoming institutions focused on governance, continuity, education, succession and family cohesion alongside the management of capital.
We also draw on some of the most impactful research on the subject to present an in-depth data-based portrait of the sector that covers global family office hubs, the changing client bases of single- and multi-family offices, operational models, technology adoption, regulation, and the distinctive role of private markets in the segment.
The section also includes an interview with Anneke Stender, Executive Vice President at Plumb Bill Pay, about operational complexity, fragmented financial information, fraud controls, wealth visibility, and the infrastructure needed to support increasingly sophisticated family enterprises.
Switzerland as a Wealth Centre
Then, in the first of our “As a Wealth Centre” series of in-depth explorations of the jurisdictions that dominate the global wealth industry, we turn our attention to Switzerland at a significant moment, as it faces the prospect of losing its crown as the pre-eminent global wealth centre.
Our analysis examines Switzerland’s enduring strengths alongside growing competition from Asia and the Middle East, consolidation, changing global wealth flows and digital transformation. A companion data and insights feature examines the market in greater depth and we also examine the industry environment for technology and solution providers serving Swiss wealth managers.
Adding a provider perspective, Kim Bliksas, Sales Manager at ERI Bancaire, considers why the complex technology environments built up by many Swiss private banks may now require a more fundamental architectural reset.
Data, technology, and transformation
Data management is another major focus. Mosaic II revisits findings from Order from disorder: moving from fragmented data to competitive advantage, The Wealth Mosaic and Raw Knowledge’s recent research paper into the growing strategic importance of data. An accompanying interview with Preya Patel, Managing Director at Raw Knowledge, explores what separates genuinely strong data environments from those that only appear mature, and how firms can establish the foundations required for AI and future innovation.
Elsewhere, Robert Roome, Chief Strategy Officer at Wealth Dynamix, examines the emergence of perpetual KYC and how AI, automation, and structured data could transform client lifecycle management while maintaining the controls required in a regulated environment.
The edition also contains reflections on our April 2026 WealthTech 2026: US edition event, exploring the practical realities of transformation, exploring technology partnerships, the build-versus-buy debate, organisational readiness, governance, and the human dimension of technological change.
Wealth planning and the solution provider ecosystem
Mosaic II also debuts our Meet the Wealth Manager series, featuring Amit Dogra, Managing Director & EVP, Head of Retirement & Wealth at Alliant, discussing the convergence of retirement consulting with individual wealth management and the case for a whole-of-life approach to client relationships.
Soufiane Hamri, Founder and CEO of Patrimeum, explores the next wave of wealth planning technology and the shift from narrow personalisation towards scalable, integrated financial planning. Our company coverage also profiles Multrees Investor Services, accompanied by an interview with its COO Martyn Johnston that explores the evolution of wealth management infrastructure and the importance of flexible, long-term partnerships.
Mosaic II also includes the latest in our series of TWM 2.0 explainers, this time giving a deep-dive into The Wealth Mosaic’s Solution Provider Directory in an article by our founder Stephen Wall. With more than 3,180 business profiles and 7,150 solution profiles from providers across 69 countries, the article explains the directory’s origins, structure and benefits, while looking ahead to expanded categorisation, redesigned profiles, and greater interactivity.
