London, March 18th, 2021 – The Wealth Mosaic (TWM), the defintitive solution provider directory and knowledge resource for the global wealth management sector, is pleased to announce the release of its first US Wealth Technology Landscape Report (US WTLR 2021). For any wealth manager in the US, be they a Bank Trust, Broker-Dealer or Registered Investment Advisor, the US WTLR 2021 provides a uniquely focused, accessible, and relevant resource that can be used in combination with The Wealth Mosaic website to support their technology knowledge, planning, and strategy.

The report features a categorized solution provider directory of 921 technology and related solution providers to the wealth management sector in the United States. The report also features 11 informative thought leadership pieces and 18 featured solution provider profiles from technology providers to the US wealth management marketplace.

The report’s aim is to create a definitive guide for any wealth management firm in the US as they seek to understand, navigate, and select from their technology solution provider marketplace. The report is based on The Wealth Mosaic’s fast-growing website and will be updated and released annually.

The report is a part of TWM’s Wealth Technology Landscape Report Series which, through 2021, will also feature similar reports for APAC, the Global Family Office, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

To support the directory section of the report, TWM is grateful for the support of a range of solution providers that provided their thought leadership and enhanced profiles at the front-end of the report. These firms are: Appway, Arctic Intelligence, Delio, Docupace, ETNA Trader, FIS, Fresh Finance, Global Relay, InvestCloud, Moxtra, Orion, Ortec Finance, Practifi, SEI, Summitas, TechRules, WealthHub, and Wealth Dynamix.

We would also like to thank April Rudin, Founder & CEO of The Rudin Group, for writing the foreword to this report.

Directory-first, research-led and wealth management-focused, TWM is building a globally relevant online directory of solution providers (and their solutions) relevant to the Business Needs of the wealth management sector. To support the engagement with that growing resource, TWM supports the discovery of solution provider and solution profiles through a growing and dedicated taxonomy and a growing bank of content and supporting knowledge resources and tools. The US WTLR 2021, as the first release of this report for the US market, will be supported by ongoing research, content creation, further US-market focused reports and other supporting efforts. Ultimately, these efforts are aimed at narrowing the knowledge gap between the changing and ongoing needs of wealth managers of different types and the evolving offerings of the many solution providers that now service and seek to target the wealth management sector, wherever they come from in the world.

“When we first founded TWM back in 2017, we saw very clearly a mushrooming in the solution provider marketplace around the wealth management sector. This is true across the globe but in our many interactions with all sides of the marketplace, no one had a full handle of what was in the market or coming to market. We saw then and still see now more solution providers, more solutions, both old and new firms active, more focused solutions, more partnerships and ecosystems, mergers and acquisitions, new entrants from afar and perhaps from some unexpected areas. It is undoubtedly true that the modern wealth manager in the United States cannot function without technology being at the heart of their business. For efficiency, compliance, advisor needs, client communication and expectations, to manage market volatility, the list goes on, “said Stephen Wall, Co-Founder and Head of Marketplace & Content at The Wealth Mosaic.

“However, with so many offerings now in the technology solution provider marketplace, all pitching, all trying to win business, it is increasingly complex and tiring for any wealth management business to keep up and then to make any sense of it all for their firm’s own specific business needs,” he adds.

“We formed TWM to try support the business needs of both sides of this marketplace. But, on the side of the wealth manager (the buyer, user), our aim is to provide firstly a full view of the universe of solution providers and their solutions and secondly, content and knowledge resources to support their understanding of market trends, developments and thinking. Thirdly we wanted to give a taxonomy that supports discovery and positioning to make the identification process easier and quicker and finally tools and services such as these reports, research and more to help firms further navigate the complexities of the market", said Simon Ramery, Co-Founder & Head of Sales at The Wealth Mosaic.

“When I first met Stephen Wall, The Wealth Mosaic was just a dream and a prayer! After seeing the Swiss and UK reports, I knew that Stephen was onto a great idea; helping wealth managers to navigate the marketplace and find WealthTech firms to collaborate with and power their businesses. This report provides the means to do just that, and I am so pleased to have been able to make a contribution,” said April Rudin, Founder & CEO of The Rudin Group.
